Letter and Envelope Mail

Letter and envelope mailings are the most common form of direct mail. There are a number of combinations of envelope mailings, with inserts, response cards and/or envelopes. We specialize in machine insertable mailings into envelope sizes from A6 to 9 x 6 booklet size.

Here are some popular forms of letter and envelope mailings;

• Letter folded and inserted into a window envelope
• Letter folded and inserted into a window envelope the up to 3 inserts
• Invitation or announcement folded into A6, A7 or A8 envelope.

Solicitation letters come in three basic forms.

1. a non personalized or "static" letter inserted into an addressed envelope
2. a personalized letter where the address block appears through a window envelope
3. a personalized letter matched" to an addressed envelope, called a match mailing.
